1. Appointment Booking
Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message upon booking. Please notify us immediately if there are any errors.
Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Priority is given to scheduled appointments.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to notify staff before their arrival may be charged the full service fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: We allow a 30-minute grace period for delays.
Fees: Significant delays may incur a fee upwards of 10% of the job or require rescheduling.
4. Health & Safety
Personal Protective Equipment: We ask that any personnel who must be on-site to wear OSHA-compliant respirators and protective suits.
Decontamination: Please follow our procedures and guidelines to minimize environmental hazards
Emergency: Our emergency response plan is provided for the safety of you and your property. All personnel present are responsible for helping us maintain it.
5. Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Deposits: A 20% deposit may be required for first-time clients or large projects.
Pricing: Prices are based on the requirements and complexity of the job. A final quote will be provided for your approval.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Feedback: We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’re unhappy with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as a credit toward future services.
